Managing Employee Performance

Managing employee performance can be an extremely demanding process. The State EAP is a professional and no-cost resource to consult with and coach state supervisors and managers on a wide variety performance management concerns. Such issues include a range of problematic behaviors including productivity issues, conflict, the impact of mental illness in the workplace and more. The EAP goal in management consultation is to clarify concerns and to collaboratively create a plan to communicate concerns and expectations to an employee.
